M3M is a big developer group in Gurgaon and they are diversified into real estate projects across many sectors. They are coming up with an entire township in Panipat with the name City of Dreams. This will have a mixed development and consists of housing, commercial centres, clubs and medical facilities. The Social Club is one such facility and it has been designed keeping in with the rich cultural and historical significance of Panipat city. The design has been detailed very meticulously to highlight the finer nuances in this context.
