Vipin in his role as the Leader, heads the organization. He is a communicator and his main area of activity is client servicing. He understands and clearly articulates the client's needs to formulate the design program. He is also involved in the initial conceptualization of the design solution. He runs the company and manages its day-to-day operations. He has a natural ability to co-ordinate with various agencies and to put things together.

Previously he was part of the founding team of the Exhibition-division of Enterprise-Nexus Communications Pvt. Ltd. During his tenure as the Project-Architect, he handled large-scale exhibitions like Mitsubishi Lancer, HM, Barco, meeting international standards of quality and excellence. It is from there that he ingrained his work ethic and the strict discipline to complete time-bound projects.

Interested in Adventure Activities and Sports, Vipin  has participated in various expeditions including Cycling Expedition(Delhi-Nainital-Delhi), River Rafting on Ganges(Devprayag-Rishikesh) and Rock-Climbing(Dhauj). He is also an avid Trekker and has successfully completed the treks to Kafni-Glacier(14000ft), Kareri Lake(13500ft), Sat-Tal, Har-Ki-Dun(14000ft), Fakunda Peak(13000ft), and the most arduous circumambulation of Mt. Kailash(20,000ft)  at Kailash-Mansarover.

Vipin is also an avid reader and writer and has written many articles for various magazines and journals. He has also authored the published paper, “Architectural Historians at Work; A critical evaluation of trends in the Historiography of Fatehpur-Sikri”
His other interests include Photography, playing Tennis and Chess and he’s currently learning the Classical Guitar (Western). He has a Spiritual Orientation towards life and believes in living it with zest.

Swati in her role as the creative-head leads the design team. She has developed as a sensitive designer, conceiving the design solution only after taking in all the parameters and deeply understanding all the client's requirement. She has an aesthetic bearing and sets very high standards of design excellence. She studies and evaluates the effects of forms, colors and textures very deeply and believes very strongly in harmonizing the various elements into an integrated whole.  She says that a good design is the result of an interactive process and not an isolated statement of the designer’s ego.

She has gained a lot of design experience by previously working with various Architects on large institutional projects like I.I.T. Guwahati, D.P.S. Patna etc. There she developed the ability to take in multiple and complex parameters and weave it all into a neat and elegant design solution. Some of her designs have also been featured in professional magazines.

Personal Profile:

Swati is very aesthetically inclined and it has always been her dream to be an Architect. She has a natural inclination for creating and expressing Beauty. Having a keen interest in the fine arts, she has many paintings to her credit. She has pursued Indian Classical Music as a hobby and has learnt to play the Tabla and Harmonium.

Traveling to places of natural beauty all over the world is something she always finds time to do. She has a deep spiritual inclination and has actively participated in various Meditation and Spiritual workshops. Her other interests include Reading and listening to Music.

Mr. D.D Garg is an innovative and resourceful corporate manager with over 40 years of experience in Project Management & overall Corporate Management as C E O and M D of a mid-size company. Adept at turnaround strategies, handling of regulatory matters, legal processes as well as H R matters.

He is a team builder and motivator. He is one person who has all the required skills that a good project manager should have. He follows all diversification strategies best suitable for the betterment of the company.

He has also worked with the DALMIA GROUP before and has been extremely efficient in finalizing contracts and increasing profitability through efficient negotiating skills.

He has also worked in various companies like INDO GULF EXPLOSIVES LTD, M/S M E L Ltd, DEFENCE RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT ORGANISATION.

As CEO & MD of DALMIA GROUP, he took care of overall management of a multidisciplinary group of companies employing over 300 persons. He turned around the company and achieved eightfold increase in profitability, devised the turn around strategy through optimizing the customer and the product mix. He was also successful in negotiations and finalization of technical collaboration agreements with foreign companies

As GM-Projects he took the total responsibility for establishing the unit; including civil, electrical and mechanical completion, including negotiations And finalization of contracts, materials management including approval of Bill Of Materials, procurement of materials, stores and inventory control.

In  INDO GULF EXPLOSIVES LTD  he was involved in implementation and operation of a green-field project in the area of industrial explosives.

In M/S  M E  L  Ltd he set up an R & D centre.

In DEFENCE RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT ORGANISATION he was involved from the total conceptualization till the total completion of the work.
