"Today in the corporate sector it is all flat. Most hierarchy is flat. Many offices we have done where the CEO decides to come and sit on the same floor as in the workstations. They work shoulder to shoulder, there is lot of group work, a lot of team work. So essentially that whole concept has flipped over and it has become a very flat and transparent and a very open office. That’s because of the culture. So you see an office actually reflects the culture, so once the culture has changed , the office has changed”.
